mmm now that's a day

well even though it was a rainy day...I got so many things accomplished 2day. Penelope got her bath and her bed/kennel cleaned out. Made homemade mashed potatoes. Saw a friend who returned from a missions trip from Africa. Kisses and luvins from my hubby. Updated my room design. Did some research for an upcoming project. Then, Colleen made some chocolate chip cookies-yum...mmm what a day.

what a day

what a day...heard some unusual news. About a suicide attempt an in-law relative and a fellow blogger dear sweet Jen at the cottage nest... Her mom was murdered. Death has brushed so many today. What is life? How do we live our lives? Where is our comfort? I know that I turn to Jesus with prayers . I don't understand all these,but I know who does that's my savior. That is the journey of life not ending in death but with Jesus, eternity. So my sweet friends, this is how I process my lack of understanding. With love and prayer for hope eternal. I love you all. Keep sharing your heart as I share my to you. Matt 5:4.

Okay, another year and I have been up to so many things....

Having our daughter, son -in- law and g-daughter and puppy move in has created a better sense of family and understanding what community is about.

A good ole friend once shared with me that when you are to the point of knowing that nothing belongs to you and you don't own a thing. Then, only then , can you begin to enjoy and have a community. Hmmmm, sure kills alot of selfishness.

Now learning to journey in the balance of having relationships, working and loving daily. Any advice out there in bloggy land?

So, I am to write "that book". Now is the time to post some thoughts on this great journey we call life.

We are so called empty nesters. In order to make this work, all the past isuues need resolved. Are there any imbalances of things procrastinated? What has been put off?

Is it my identy? So many questions. To be continued........
